This widely known Professional Company has seen success on a global scale. Specialising in fuel management services across air, sea and land, this organisation has built up a reputation for being a leader within their field. This dynamic organisation is looking for an experienced Fuel Broker to join their Perth Branch and drive the marine business forward.



Reporting to the General Manager you'll be responsible for sourcing optimal fuel in terms of quality, price and location for some of the world's biggest shipping companies. You'll also oversee the management of supplier and customer relationships and ongoing development of new supply and customer opportunities. As an experienced broker you'll develop and implement strategies for growing the marine business which will include monitoring and analysing the industry and clients for opportunities.



Your extensive knowledge of the Marine / Shipping industry here in WA paired with extensive Sales / Broker experience will see you excel in this role. You'll understand basic bunker purchasing process and associated terms and be confident in pre-sales and post-delivery information gathering. You'll leverage off your network of contacts to strengthen existing relationships and chase leads for new contracts. Understanding the customer's fuelling needs and the benefits of our client will ensure you provide accurately and competitively priced deals and also spot opportunities to consolidate and optimise pricing discounts.



You'll be commercially and financially astute with experience in pricing strategies and understanding of the oil/fuel market to win the clients confidence. Your proven sales experience and training will ensure you're able to successfully hunt out and close deals. You'll have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively present to groups of people. Holding a degree qualification and 5 years experience in a similar role would be advantageous in this role.



This critical role will reward you with:

* $80k - $110k + super + bonus
