Job Description:


Seeking a dynamic, flexible, team player to serve as a key team member of the Central Salesforce Team. Requires marketing expertise and deep skills and expertise in CRM, Salesforce.com and related Microsoft applications. Ability to manage multiple and diverse Salesforce initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical and communications skills both written and verbal.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Play key role on team which manages the global Marketing & Communications Salesforce instance. Work closely with IT team in expanding / developing / testing new Salesforce functionality and integration with third party applications.

  • Provide ongoing user support to global Marketing teams and articulate their new requirements to the IT team as Accenture’s business evolves.

  • Lead data preparation effort for data loads to Salesforce. Prepare files for new teams migrating to Salesforce and ongoing data management.

  • Communicate best practices in Salesforce use, data management and reporting.

  • Develop and conduct training for new users and to support new Salesforce releases. Create new documentation and update existing materials.

  • Provide as needed Salesforce support to the global Outlook direct mail program.
