A Project Manager is needed for this large multi-staged development overseeing the build through design management, consent, and on site management of programme, quality and full cost control.

You'll have a track record as a Project Manager delivering high value Design and Build projects with an excellent understanding of build-ability and ensuring milestones are met. Crucial also is excellent relationship building skills and taking projects through the full life cycle.

Your background could be either trade qualified or tertiary but crucial is a thorough understanding of NZ construction codes, high value multi storey build experience.
