Description


Develops and administers campus recruiting programs. Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required opening requisition(s). Determines appropriate campus recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Promotes the company image to students and universities. Surfaces candidates and develops networks with target universities. Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new campus recruiting strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity which has responsibility for driving candidate pipeline in Greater China. The individual will be responsible for branding Apple to be the Employer of Choice on campuses The purpose of the role is to build the employment brand that will ultimately generate a pipeline of top talent through strong partnerships. The Campus Recruiter must thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and be dedicated to “attracting and selecting the best talent”. Success in this role will be demonstrated by pipeline generation across all campus pipeline streams and the quality of execution of the campus program strategy Greater China. Effectiveness will require the ability to problem solve and execute the campus strategy within Greater China. Outstanding planning and execution, solid communication and innovative thinking around pipeline generation will be foundational for success in this role. This person must be innovative, organized, detailed, enjoy driving for results and problem solving. This person must also stay current with best practices in the recruitment industry and have a positive attitude.
