Our client, one of the top five star luxury hospitality companies in the globe is currently looking for a Director of Food & Beverage to join its diverse team.



The successful candidate will be responsible to oversee the resort's entire Food and Beverage operation (room service, private dining, and restaurant outlets). You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and be in charge for maximising profit and service quality, ensuring that all guest experiences are met while staying true to the company's core standards.



You must have an engaging personality and exceptional people management skills coupled with strong business acumen and innovation. You are to demonstrate a solid understanding of budgeting and P&L, cost control, and Human Resources processes and procedures including training and staff engagement. A great team player that is highly motivated, dependent, mature and able to work independently with a high speed of execution.



Diploma in Hospitality Management/ Culinary is required with an exceptional track record. Requires strong work ethic performed in the highest integrity, attention to detail, and experienced working in a multi-cultural environment is an advantage. Seasoned and willing to be based in an island environment preferred.
