Oil&Gas Sector banker- Associate



Our client is leading European banking. They are in the market now looking for associate level banker to join their Oil & Gas sector team.



You will be responsible for assisting the team in the origination and execution of transactions in the Oil & Gas (including Chemicals and Refining) sector. You will be covering complex financial models for the purpose of valuation, debt capacity analysis and capital structuring as well as assisting in the preparation and presentation of information memorandum, pitch books, presentations, prospectuses, fairness opinions and other forms of reports - performed under the supervision of senior bankers and internal product partners. You will also be responsible for preparing presentations and other materials for clients and attending client meetings.



To be considered this role, you will need to have previous experience (3-4 years) in investment banking / corporate finance. Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and oral) is required.
