Our South Auckland business continues to grow and as such we have an opportunity to take over a hot desk in the Senior Accountancy and Finance specialism. This opportunity sits within a well established team who are able to support with lead generation and general market knowledge. There is the management support in place as well as the organisation and process to ensure that a new consultant can be up and billing as quickly as possible. Our consultants enjoy a target driven environment where they monitor both their fee delivery and KPI’s giving an indication of future fee performance. Any consultant coming in to our business will be given a structured training and development programme to help them get up to speed on the new role.



We are looking for a consultant who exudes professionalism and considers drive, tenacity and ambition to be a part of their DNA. You may have experience in the recruitment field but at the very least you will have experience of working in a target driven sales environment. We hire people that make things happen. If you have knowledge of the Accountancy and Finance industry then that would be a great head start however, as long as you are inquisitive and willing to learn then we have the team in place to fast-track your understanding.
