Hays IT Recruitment are currently seeking a Service Desk Team Leader for one of our clients. This is a new and exciting position for this organisation giving you the opportunity to have a tangible impact on ICT planning and strategy.



This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your managerial experience, as you will be responsible the delivery of ICT services to ensure that daily operations run effectively. You will be also responsible for the leadership of the Service Desk Analysts and other resources as required, as well as acting as a single point of contact for services requests and support for ICT equipment. This is a role with emphasis on process improvement and room for development.



You will have a relevant IT degree with strong experience in a Service Desk Team Leader position with a desire for a strategic role in an organisation. You will be hard working and have excellent communication skills with a genuine commitment to providing a quality service to all customers.
