My client is a leading provider of specialist insurance products. They are currently looking for and energetic Call Centre Manager for their outbound call centre, based in Wellington.



In this role you will have 14 direct reports, so it is expected that you will have at least two to three years previous Team Leader experience within a call centre, or have a strong background of working in an outbound sales call centre. You will be responsible for training and ensuring your team hit, and if possible, exceed KPI'S, as well as assisting with future recruitment of staff. You will have a strong understanding of call centre metrics, and be able to deliver feedback and effectively manage people to get the best out of your team to generate revenue. Ideally you will come from a finance or insurance call centre background.
