Interim Reward Specialist

My client is a FSA regulated business that is going through a significant period of growth. They are looking for an interim Reward Specialist to join them on an interim basis who has a demonstrable career history and who is available on short notice for the following role:



* Working with the HRD, develop a Compensation and Benefits framework across the Business to include the review, development and implementation of the reward strategy to include reward, benefit and mobility programs



* Develop a market leading compensation and benefits offering for all employees, including development and implementation of reward communications



* Lead on annual compensation projects including the management of the annual pay and bonus review process



* Assist with Executive Remuneration



* Develop and implement a job evaluation programme within the business



* Ensure competitive, cost effective, and regulatory compliant benefit programs whilst collaborating with local resources/vendors & internal HR groups to position the Bank as an employer of choice. Review, source and manage 3rd party suppliers.



* Manage competitive benchmarking and high quality analysis in support of HR/ business initiatives as well as total reward strategies designed to attract and retain the very best talent. Maintain an awareness of appropriate pay markets and market data, including managing salary survey data submissions. Benchmark current remuneration packages within industry and sector. Provide guidance on trends and best practice to shape current/future C&B programs



* Provide expertise and advice on all compensation related issues. Provide advice and counsel to HR and the business on reward policy and best practice.



The Person:



The successful individual will have a demonstrable background within Compensation and Reward gained within a financial services business. The role would suit a self starter who is decisive, methodical and able to work well in a team environment. It is a superb opportunity for an experienced Manager to be instrumental in the development and implementation of the compensation and reward strategy.
