An exciting opportunity has now become available for a Sales Superstar to join this dynamic global FMCG client, who are a household name with many leading brands which you are sure to know and probably purchase yourself. We are looking for mid-level candidates who have had a few years experience selling face to face in the business to business environment as full product training and development will offered.
The Exciting Opportunity:
This is a fantastic career opportunity for driven, tenacious and self motivated sales professional who wants to take their career to the next level. You will have your own geographic territory where you will be looking after a varied portfolio of supermarket clients in the Perth Central Metro Areas. The clients that you will be calling on a day to day basis will be Coles, Woolworths and IGA (the independent supermarkets) where you will be responsible for building relationships with key decision makers to gain maximum shelf space and increase/gain display/promotional space.
You will have highly adept communication skills and be quick to learn and understand each of your clients individual needs because each of these retailers is motivated differently - some are driven by volume, others by margin and others by brands so we are looking for the successful candidate to be able to think strategically and build long term relationships. Additionally, negotiations can be complex so you will need to demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. This is a challenging and rewarding role where no 2 days will be the same.
On a day to day basis you will be managing and following your own client call cycle to visit key customers across your territory to deliver brand promotions, discuss new product launches and increase your client spend by them simply ordering more stock from you.
The Successful Candidate:
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic sales person who loves dealing with people. You will be driven by success and come with some B2B sales experience gained within any industry sector. You will need to posses some field sales experience where you have been responsible for growing sales and revenues in your particular area whilst building long term client relationships. You will also need to demonstrate strong time management skills, a strong desire and drive to achieve results, be a strong team player, enjoy learning and personal development and posses a talent for deliver outstanding customer service.
