This position actively promotes Parts & Service offerings through a strategic approach based on information gathered from the customer's fleet relating to condition and age of machinery within the operational fleet. You will be responsible for ensuring that you achieve your sales targets, revenue, budget and KPI's to deliver results to the business and grow market share. You will be adept at client and account management, providing technical advice on parts and service, new business development, cross selling and up selling, building strong client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities and revenue generating leads.



You will be expected to meet and engage with your client's face to face and this will involve visiting mine sites throughout WA every second week of your call cycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for servicing your existing clients with parts queries, ensure that sales orders are processed in a timely manner ensuring the customer support centre meets the operational standards set along with performing weekly checks of outstanding customer orders to ensure that all backorders will be supplied within the shortest possible lead time.



To be considered for this role you need to be self motivated and hungry to succeed with a track record of clear achievements within a similar technical sales role. Your previous experience in a technical sales role selling such products as lubricant's, tyres, valves, pumps or bearings used on heavy earth moving equipment will be essential to your success and will assist you with securing client buy in. Being able to leveraging off your own existing client network will mean you can hit the ground running and start adding value straight away.



In return for your skills and experience you can expect to receive an impressive remuneration and benefits package which includes:



* $70k - $80k + super in line with work experience and existing client networks
