Sourcing Associate (With project management opportunity in Beijing)
Accenture Shenzhen BPO is seeking a Procurement Professional to provide full, life cycle procurement support of business driven projects in a wide range of categories such as Marketing Services, and Corporate Services for Fortune 1000 companies.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, diligent, analytic, and willing to pursue increasing level of responsibility. You will have frequent interaction with team members, internal stakeholders and external customers on a global basis in the execution of projects that help customers achieve significant value in the form of improved pricing, quality, delivery and other aspects of total cost.
The position presents significant opportunity to grow in to leadership and management roles. In addition, the position may involve project management and consulting opportunity in Beijing.
Specifically, you will：
Support or lead sourcing projects including RFx execution, spend data and bid responses analytics, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations, and supplier contracting in Marketing and Services categories such as event, PR, training and HR. Ensure the consistent delivery of sourcing services and supporting activities that meet and exceed savings and SLA targets.
Perform supplier research and identification and perform RFQ analyses such as rate card analyses, basic TCO, and lease vs. buy/NPV. You will be accountable for Asia-Pacific regional marketing intelligence development.
Participate in initiatives aimed at improving productivity and efficiency to support company and account growth.
Result oriented- offer creative solutions to support sourcing projects and achieve desired results.
Ensure the consistent delivery of sourcing services and support activities that meet and exceed savings and SLA targets
Seek out opportunities to drive creativity and innovation within each sourcing project, while ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness standards
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, independent self-starter that thrives on challenge and delivering exceptional results. The candidate must possess a desire to learn and deliver as a true team player
3+ years of sourcing/vendor selection and management experience in a procurement, / consulting environment with demonstrated track record of delivering results.
Excellent communication skills written and verbal in both English and Mandarin including formal presentation skills. English CET 6 is a must.
University graduates (Minimum of a Bachelor's degree) with majors in languages, business, economics, mathematics, statistics, and computer science, engineering or similar. Other majors are welcomed to apply.
Strong multi-phase project management skills, and multi-tasking skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Access skills are a plus but not required.
Ability to adapt communications and ambiguity to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers
