Our client is a tier 1 management consulting firm, which provides advisory to business leaders around the world. The firm consists of bilingual top university graduates and highly-talented experienced hires, who are strongly focused on developing their skills and career. HR plays an essential role in delivering the right support and guidance so the firm can continue to move forward. Now, the firm is looking for this key person who will liaise closely with Global/APAC HQ and, at the same time, provide hands-on support to the business.



We are looking for a strong HR business partner with at least 7+ years as an HR generalist or manager. An ideal candidate must be native in Japanese and advanced business English, to be able to engage in daily communications with non-Japanese stakeholders. We are seeking HR managers from preferably in professional or financial services firms, but someone who is flexible to learn the business process of a consulting firm is welcomed as well. This role will partner with senior directors, partners, and foreign managers as well as overseas offices - so someone with an open, international mindset and confidence will be suitable.
