A leading organisation in the financial services sector with presence across the local and international markets seek to attract a talented senior analyst with strong awareness of risk management and proven skills in data manipulation. This role could be suited to a candidate making their 1st move from a chartered environment or from another leading organisation within the financial services sector.
You will be responsible for performing impact assessment and calibration of anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing screening by engaging a range of stakeholders including IT. You will pro-actively manage data quality issues as they arise and ensure SAS scripts are developed and automated in line with policies and procedures. Furthermore you will maintain engagement with internal customers such as risk and fraud operations teams whilst extracting, validating and transforming data from multiple sources for impact assessment and calibration.
You will hold a tertiary qualification from a analytically facing discipline such as Maths, Economics, Statistics etc..with strong documentation skills. You will have a passion for working within risk management and demonstrate exceptional stakeholder skills. Further exposure to SAS programming would be highly desirable as is an ability to create automated reports in order to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to your internal audience.
