Our client is a market leader in residential Construction. Due to business growth and expansion they need an experienced Admin to join their team to focus on the Customer Service. The company, office environment and role is very professional so a promising opportunity for the right person.





You will be responsible the customer's experience from deposit to ACC, by "driving" the job through the production processes, establishing and maintaining meaningful & relevant proactive communication, problem solving and acting as the conduit for information to pass between the customer and our client. All admin duties will include quality control, data input, processing, project input and more importantly customer relations. This role will be aligned to KPI's





The successful candidate will have a strong Administration back ground with WORD and EXCEL. Ideally within the Residential Construction market. Outstanding organisational skills, time management and impeccable communication and relation building skills.
