Accounting Clerk

My client, a vendor software developer located in London, Ontario, is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk for a 3-6 month part-time contract – permanent position. The Accounting Clerk will report directly to the Controller and work as part of a three person team.



The Accounting Clerk will assist the controller with the completion of bank reconciliations, general ledger and journal entries, matching and posting cheques, processing payable and vendor invoices and assisting other staff members in the accounting department.



The successful applicant will have 1-3 years of experience and be in possession or currently enrolled in an accounting degree or diploma. The successful applicant will have experience working with Syspro, AccPac or any other large ERP system. The successful applicant will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, have strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mind set.



This position is paying $16.00 - $18.00 an hour
