An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced ICT Sourcing and Procurement Manager to join a state government department.



As the ICT Procurement Manager you will be required to be the department's representative for existing and new suppliers, where it will be necessary to build strong commercial and productive relationships. You will be managing all negotiations with external and internal stakeholders including the IT representative from each business unit and leading a small team to ensure a constant supply of IT devices are in place for the department.



To be suitable for this position it is essential that you will have previous experience working with ICT contracts, strategic sourcing and category management. We want someone who has come from a strong experience in managing procurement projects, and understand ICT products and services. It will also be necessary to have strategic category management experience to assist with cost savings and improve operations frameworks and efficiencies.



This is an exciting and challenging position that offers the opportunity to have direct responsibility for commercial, contractual and legal outcomes for the ICT category.
