Legal Firm - Practice Development Manager

Within 23 wards, Tokyo, Japan, JP - Law Practice, Legal Services, Management Consulting

Our client, one of the world's leading global law firms, with 40 offices in 27 countries is looking for

Practice Development Manager (PDM) for their Tokyo office. You will report to the Chief Marketing

officer and Asia Operation officer.



Your main responsibilities will be to lead their practice business development by targeting new business,

identifying business development opportunities, strengthening the company brand, and managing key

client relationships. You will also be in charge of the firm internal and external communications to improve

the profile and positioning of the partners. You will execute marketing events and manage other activities

to promote and enhance their business practice.



The ideal candidate will be a Native Japanese, fluent in English with work experience in a professional

services firm. He/she will be detail oriented, with sound analytical and decision making skills. He/she

should have the ability to work independently, to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure tight

deadlines.
