This is a well known foreign corporation with fast growing business in China and has thousands of employees working in China. Now they are hiring a corporate recruiting manager to in charge of talent acquisition in head office and subsidiaries.



Reporting to the HR Vice President based in Beijing, you are in charge of the talent acquisition and retention for head office and senior roles in subsidiaries.You will advise appropriate strategies in retaining high potentials within the business, whilst demonstrating a strong reorganisation concept to ensure the refined HR policies are aligned with business needs. With a solid understanding of HR operations, you will help enhance performance, productivity and employee satisfaction levels within the diversified business.



The qualified candidate should hold bachelor Degree with at least 8 years' experience in HR function in multinational companies with solid knowledge and experience in talent acquisition; talent development and HR project management. Prior recruitment and talent management exposure would definitely help excel in this role, critical to success will be your understanding of contemporary recruitment systems and practices whilst having the confidence to influence key decision makers. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
