This long established company has consistently achieved growth year on year and is now looking for an experienced Service Desk Technician as a result of their continued success.



Widely regarded for their dedicated approach to customers, they provide a multitude of services and specialist advice to hundreds of thousands of customers across WA.



With offices based centrally in Perth, the 4 person team you will be joining enjoys a close working relationship and strong collaborative style. You will be supporting a large number of users remotely, assisting them by taking all level 1 and 2 queries, logging the ticket and bringing about a resolution to the problem.



The business is planning two major changes across the business. One being their Windows operating system and the other their telephony system. Candidates with experience in Windows roll outs and telephony roll outs are encouraged to apply.



In order to be successful you will need to have experience in Level 1 and 2 IT support, Windows 7, Active Directory and Exchange 2010. Excellent communication skills, strong customer service and a positive telephone manner are also essential. You will also need a valid working visa for Australia.
