They are looking for 2 experienced Residential Property Managers to join their growing team and become part of their trusted name.



Responsible for a range of duties you will conduct periodic and final inspections, handle maintenance requests and liaise with tenants, landlords and subcontractors, negotiate leases and renewals and provide quality customer service at all times.



You'll have strong communication skills, be highly organised and enjoy working as part of an effective team that encourages ongoing training and development. A current Certificate IV in Property is essential.

A very competitive salary, including vehicle or allowance and commission is on offer, as is relocation costs and a retention bonus for the successful applicant.
