This fast growing IT Services company provides innovative IT solutions across Asia Pacific and a multitude of industries.
Recognised for their customer service and flexible, adaptable approach, this business has consistently grown since its origins and is now looking for an additional Desktop Support Analyst.
This exciting role will provide you with the opportunity to assist customers with level 1 and 2 queries both over the phone and face to face. You will be supporting over 700 users from juniors through to senior management covering a range of business sizes. The key to success in this role is being adaptable and ready to assist with all levels of IT queries.
Candidates applying for this role must have experience working for an IT solution provider and be experienced in working with the following technologies: Windows 7, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, MS Office and have knowledge of VMware. You will also need a full drivers licence and have access to transportation.
This is a very varied role and you will have opportunities to work with and learn new technologies as well as travel to sites both nationally and across Asia Pacific.
Candidates applying must hold a valid working visa for Australia in order to be considered.
