Recruitment-Sourcing Senior Analyst (for Laoag)

Region I - Ilocos, Philippines, PH - Information Technology and Services

• Develop deep knowledge of at least one specific recruitment channel and manage relationships.


• Collaborate with other Recruitment experts to gain a better understanding of resource planning process and recruiting demand, marketing messages and provide input where applicable.


• Keep abreast of external marketplace and industry trends and provide information to the recruitment team.


• Communicate with vendors; participate in negotiations and prepare decisions.


• Act as an ambassador for the company in the marketplace.


• Contribute to the identification and analysis of potential opportunities to develop new sources/channels.


• Responsible for generating a consistent flow of resumes to the recruitment team to execute sourcing plan and meet recruitment targets.


• Ensure that complete candidate information is forwarded to the Recruitment Team.


• Organize and participate in recruitment events.


• Report on status, effectiveness and quality of specific sourcing channels.


• Update Sourcing systems and tools.


• Participate in strategic projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team.
