HR Manager, Western Suburbs - $100,000 + super
Working for a growing and forward thinking business based within the Western suburbs, this is a fantastic standalone HR Manager role.
Reporting into a Director you will be responsible for driving and supporting the HR function, strategy and organisational development across the group. With a mixed blue and white collar client group your role will be an operational, hands on position, giving you the opportunity to get involved with leading all aspects of HR. This will include employee relations, performance management and coaching, recruitment and onboarding, developing and updating policies, and setting remuneration structure and strategies. You will sit as part of the Leadership team and will help create a stable and motivating environment.
The ability to effectively manage change and develop and maintain an employee communications strategy in line with the businesses overall vision, mission and objectives is needed as is the ability to actively engage in the business at a senior and mid-level management position, providing true business partnering. You will need to demonstrate a strong background in generalist operational HR gained within small HR teams, and will possess strong mediation and negotiation skills and will be self driven with high levels of initiative.
