Job Description



• Define and ensure execution of the Horizontal/Platform practice strategy

• Define the Business Plan for the Horizontal/Platform practice

• Build the portfolio of the Horizontal/Platform offerings including the partner eco-system and alliance strategy

• Contribute to the verticalization by market of their offerings

• Be the domain expert for the particular market domain. Keep abreast of latest market trends. and foster innovation

• Contribute to Global Horizontal/Platform practice community

• Define the target workforce pyramid for specific portfolios

• Develop estimation catalogs

• Drive pursuits of must-win and lighthouse deals, being personally involved in architecting of large bids.

• Final decision and sign-off on Horizontal/Platform practice buds, per Rainbow thresholds

• Ensure competitiveness of Horizontal/Platform practice versus Tier 1 competitors with focus on growth and profitability, ensure quality level in projects and optimal availability of resources with right competences and at competitive cost

• Maximize utilization of own staff, including technical experts

• Ramp-up global offshore resources on Horizontal/Platform practice projects to target level

• Standardize and industrialize global delivery

• Ensure deployment of best practice within guidelines of global processes

• Define global training needs to help HR define skills curriculum
