My client is looking for an autonomous HR Advisor to work in a fast moving, ever changing environment in a supporting and well-established team to cover maternity for 12 months.



Working for a large organisation with a centralised team your role will be very hands on. You will be an excellent case manager with a super grounding in HR and the ability to work in isolation if necessary. Working across a matrixed organisation where complicated structures are the norm, you need to be adaptable and be comfortable working in a company that is undergoing a large change programme.



Experience of complex case management and exposure to a wide range of legacy issues, policy changes and redundancy issues would be beneficial. Project work, including exposure of annual salary reviews and data integration is useful.
