An exciting market leading financial services software organisation in the City of London are recruiting for a Head of Test & QA to manage and lead an existing testing function consisting of 15 testers. The organisation leads the market in developing leading FX, Commodity and Clearing trading platforms for some of the leading Investment Banks, Trading Companies and Brokerages in the UK.



As the Head of Test & QA you will have a background in Test Management and developing test strategies incorporating test automation and performance testing. Working from their HQ and onsite with their clients you will have experience of client and stakeholder management providing integrated testing solutions using a multitude of technologies.



As the Head of Test & QA you will have experience of the following:

• Test Automation and Performance testing - Ideally with several market leading tools


• Expert in Agile environments


• Release Management


• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery


• Strong Integration and End to End testing experience


• Strong delivery background


• Test / Programme Test Management


• Client facing and Stakeholder management


• Training, appraising and recruitment


• Developing company and client test strategies

The Head of Test & QA package will be:

• £70,000- £85,000 basic


• 5% pension


• Life & Health insurance

• Bonus - Discretionary
