One of Victoria's' leading government organisations is currently seeking a Project Manager for a 6 month, fixed term opportunity and you will have responsibility for both existing facilities and new buildings.



Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the reactive and planned maintenance projects as well as managing annual capital works projects including refurbishment, upgrades and fit out.



Success will be assured through your demonstrated experience in managing budgets, maintenance and project schedules, as well as contracts administration. The successful candidate will also manage a small team where you will be responsible for performance management and reporting. Relevant qualifications and proven experience in a similar role is essential to secure this exciting new position.
