Clinical Lab Manager

A newly set up global clinical central lab is seeking a Lab Manager to be in charge of the site operations. You are will be charge to bring the organisation to new heights.



You will be the supervisor and manager for the lab staffs on site and all the operations. You are be ensuring the compliance of site to GCP and CAP requirements. You will also be liaising with and hosting client visits and audits. You will be working with QA to write and review SOP. You will ensure that budgets and other financial information are monitored in conjunction with the Director of Operations



We welcome for someone minimum 10 years experienced in Haematology as well as Clinical chemistry to join the team. You have successful supervised a team of medical technologists and able to be operational involved. You are able write SOP for various tests and well versed in ICH GCP guidelines. We are looking for someone who can lead and at the same time able to be at the bench. You posses strong understanding of specialised clinical analysers and other equipment used in the laboratory.
