New Position: Plant General Manager - Chemical, Process Production



It is multinational World Top Specialty Chemicals Listed Companies; our client now operates in more than 100 countries, which continuously takes a stable part of the market share in Specialty Chemicals field. It has nice culture, employee friendly and respect people, energetic working environment and enough space for all staff's personal development. Constantly thriving business and expending marketing needs, they are now seeking a capable Plant Manager to lead one of their fast-developing plants.



As the Plant GM, you are going to be responsible for all areas of the Manufacturing of the plant, responsible for the full P&L of the plant. You will handle the general function: Production, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and other supporting functions. You will be tasked with bringing in best practice process and procedure to turn the workshop into highly functioning businesses. You will also be responsible for team management. Directly reports to Manufacture Director, Great China.



Ideally, we are looking for an individual who has at least 10 years working experience in chemical manufacturing field, with extensive experience across all areas of manufacturing and production. You'd better have bachelor degree or above in Chemical Engineering and related field. Very familiar with the whole process of Process Production of chemical products. You'd better have good leadership skills, great internal and external communication skills in both English and Chinese.
