This national and very successful organisation in the Manufacturing industry is currently seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide top level support to the General Manager.
You will be responsible for secretarial and organisational services to the GM and the senior management team including diary management, travel and accommodation, meetings, expenses, presentations, meeting packs, and ad hoc support. Another major responsibility of yours will be to analyse documentation, operational and financial reports, support organisational change, assist with process improvements, reconcile the GM's financials and implement new filing systems.
Your experience supporting Senior Executives within a Manufacturing organisation will see you successful in this role and your professional attitude and organisational skills will ensure that you will be a long-term success within this business. These attributes, coupled with your well developed communication, relationship building skills and ability to prioritise will be integral in obtaining this role. You will be analytical and approachable
Intermediate to advanced skills within all Microsoft packages are essential.
