Our client is one of the biggest FMCG Company Globally with leading position in beverage, infant nutrition, sugar, biscuit, etc. To cope with their expansion in mainland China, it's inviting talents with related experience to join.



You need proactively collaborate with customers, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders to visibly impart and steer the Value Chain to define and deliver on the business priorities and bottom-line management. Need to provide a strong leadership role for the integration and optimization of Nestle in the Market and establish a motivated Supply Chain organization. As the Head of Supply Chain, you are lead over 200 staffs in your team, covering Supply & Demand Planning, Physical Logistics, Brach Offices, Customer Service and Sales Delivery, and directly report to the President. Drive and influence the creation of Business strategy, its enablers and overall business management decisions. Develop business partnerships that create sustainable value for customers, suppliers and for Cooperate by instilling a mindset of service orientation. Be the custodian of business planning, implement and enable cross-functional alignment with the Group in the Market/ Business priorities and challenges. Create and communicate a compelling Supply Chain vision that maximises the value of operations to make it a competitive advantage. Develop as well as coach team members for personal professional growth and empower leadership teams. Ensure that there is breadth and depth of the Supply Chain talent pool.



To be competent to the role, you need to have proven track record of successfully led a team at operational and business unit level for people development. Have strategic and operational experience at market/ business level, in the following areas: Planning, Inter-market Supply Customer Service, Physical Logistics. A minimum 10 years dedicated experience in FMCG Supply Chain management and 5 years above experience in managerial role. Good command of English.
