Excellent opportunity for a lease analyst to join a top tier owner for a 3 month lease audit contract on a national office and industrial portfolio.



With experience in commercial property management or lease administration, you will have a strong ability to interpret commercial/industrial leases, pull out important information and key critical dates. You will have a keen eye for detail and will a small team on a lease audit and data cleanse project for a highly regarded organisation and prestige portfolio. You will be able to efficiently co-ordinate lease contracts and liaise with owners, tenants and the leasing team to ensure the project is completed executed in an efficient and timely manner.



This is a great position for someone hard working, with a solid ability to interpret lease documents looking for a 3-4 month contract and be immediately available.
