We're looking for an influential VAT Manager to join our successful Edinburgh office.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role within our Edinburgh team. As VAT Manager, you will work closely with our VAT Partner to provide and draft technical VAT advice on a variety of assignments, including support during VAT inspections by HRMC. Customer service is key at Henderson Loggie, and you'll confidently deliver VAT expertise to your own portfolio of clients, helping to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships.



Methodical yet engaging, you'll translate VAT complexity into clear business impacts, while your pro-active approach will contribute to department and firm-wide business development activities in winning new clients and consulting opportunities.



About you



An experienced VAT practitioner, you enjoy demonstrable experience in all VAT matters. You thrive under pressure, juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines with ease. Customer is king in your eyes and you consistently deliver the level of service our clients expect. Passionate about people, you're a motivated team player, enthusiastic with a flexible attitude to work.



You might be IIT qualified or posses a breadth of knowledge to IIT level. You are technically savvy with strong strategic abilities and commercial acumen.
