Our client is expanding their footprint within the Queensland market by opening a new Distribution Centre this year. They will require multiple Team Leaders that have successfully managed teams and helped improve operations within the warehouse.



In this role you'll have excellent communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills as you will be required to mentor and coach a team of up to 15 staff.



As you'll be seen as an expert within the warehouse, you'll be required to work within various sections/departments across multiple shifts including weekends. To be successful you'll have a Cert III in Warehousing Logistics and have supervised a successful team for a large logistics or supply chain company.



In return you'll work for an international based company that heavily invests in the progression of their staff within a state of the art Distribution Centre.
