Reporting directly to China General Manager,this role will be responsible for the overall sales business in China,mainly to lead and manage the sales team to take care of domestic customers and global sister- companies.You will lead to formulate and implement sales strategies, as well as customer and pricing strategy to reach growth targets.You will manage sales team with strong emphasis to increase domestic sales market,to develop and maintain key OEM customer and distributor relationships in China.Additionally,you should control the sales budgeting process, and responsible for achieving sales targets and well managing accounts.
To be a successful candidate,you should have at least 10 years of Sales & Marketing management experience,preferable act as director role or above.You are expected to come from heavy industrial(automobile, etc) ,medical,logistics or related industries,strong at channel sales management and development. You can speak native Mandarin and fluent English in both spoken and written.The most important factor,you should have strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to interface with both Chinese customers and sister companies in North America and Europe.
