Head of Audit - Insurance

An international insurance company is now recruiting for a new Head of Audit position to build an actuarial audit function. This company offers a wide ranging and progressive career with multiple opportunities to expand on your already existing actuarial experience. This position comes with expanding managerial opportunities and the benefit of being part of a wider audit function which provides and excellent support network.



In this position you will have a high level of exposure to senior management and within the audit function you will liaise regularly with regional and the global heads of audit. Providing assurance across Solvency II, Capital, Pricing and Reserving will be key in this role. Being in a position to audit the internal controls of an international insurance organisation with the backing to build a team in your own image will provide an exciting and challenging next step in your audit career.



The ideal candidate will have:



-Actuary experience and an understanding of internal audit

-Experience of Solvency II

-Outstanding communication skills and the ability to interact with senior executives

-A strong background in the insurance sector

-Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
