This medium sized commercial contractor are working on an exciting range of projects in the Auckland area and are now looking to appoint a delivery focused Project Manager. Typical projects range from $1m - $8m and will cover education, commercial, retail, industrial and health sector.



Reporting to the MD this is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing, locally owned company with an enviable reputation and client base that offers repeat business.



You will be an experienced Project Manager with a tertiary qualification in Construction Management and/ or Quantity Surveying and significant Project Management experience working on projects of a similar value in the New Zealand market. You will need to be experienced in planning jobs and have the ability to manage budgets.
