This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a prominent Western Australian Builder that specialises in apartment construction. Due to an increasing portfolio of projects, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead an experienced team.



You will be primarily responsible for the construction of apartment projects throughout the Perth CBD and surrounding suburbs. Responsibilities on a day to day basis include, managing and directing various trades, ensuring the project is running to programme, and adherence to OH&S legislation



To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience working on large commercial projects in Perth. Communication will be a key part of your day to day duties. You must lead by example as you will be the main point of contact for your supervisors and sub-contractors
