There is a growing need in the Tokyo outsourced market for professional, experienced Facility Managers and my client is at the forefront of new business acquisition. With further growth anticipated this year native Japanese speaking candidates with a good level of English are in demand. Required skills include daily Facilities support (generally of an office building) and desirable additional skills such as mechanical and electrical engineering, CAD operator and space planning are also in demand.
