J2EE - 4+ yrs WMB and MQ, XML,WSDL,Webservice(SOAP and HTTP), Knowledge of ESQL, java nodes and Message Sets, Unix and scripting, SOAP UI tool, Core Java, springs and hibernate - 3+ Yrs Agile development - 2+ years Required Skills: Working Job Title: Java / WMB Developer WMB Skills/Qualifications: Working knowledge/development in WMB and MQ knowledge, Knowledge in XML,WSDL,Webservice(SOAP and HTTP), Knowledge of ESQL, java nodes and Message Sets, Unix and scripting, SOAP UI tool, Core Java, springs and hibernate Purpose and Description: The individual identified for this position will perform development functions with emphasis coding and unit testing developed application components. The developer will be responsible for the delivery of blocks of Java code to support the OPPR project. The primary function will be to develop Java code based on logical design and requirements, and unit test this code to ensure it functions properly. This individual will also work closely with the national and regional users. Essential Functions: Develop Java code based on functional and non-functional requirements, and unit test this code to ensure all requirements are met. Analyze and review business, functional and high-level technical requirements. Create and support detailed project estimates and project work plans. Develop code jointly and independently for the solution. Plan, participate, and lead code reviews for changes and enhancements that ensure standards compliance and systems interoperability. Create test plans for module-level integration and tracking/resolving defects. Identify code support issues, action resolutions, and provide technical assistance. Effectively communicate with other Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Quality Control, and across other technology team boundaries Required Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment, but take on new assignments with minimal direction Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Travel Required: No Standard Work Hours: Flexible – Standard business hours are 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Some adjustment may be needed as scheduling conflicts arise. Must be flexible to work business hours across time zones



Qualifications :


Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor"s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  


• Bachelor"s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred
  


• Two or more years of system analysis or systems development experience
  


• Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software
  


• Experience working with relational databases to facilitate systems analysis
