This newly established organisation have won competitive tenders by providing turn key solutions for their clients ensuring projects are completed within time and budget.



With growth they need to add to the team and now require a Site Manager to run an 11 storey new build apartment project in Auckland CBD. The right candidate will have extensive experience in the construction sector managing projects in excess of $15 Million here in New Zealand.



In an ever growing market you'll be handed the reigns on this large project managing program, subcontractors and labour, OH&S, all materials plus liaising professionally with clients and engineers alike.



They require a Site Manager who is methodical in their approach, a team player who can hit realistic milestones on commercial projects.



You'll either have a trade background or tertiary qualification and a passion for the construction industry, in return you'll be rewarded.
