Our client is a National service provider that operates across a number of diversified sectors and is currently in the enviable position of experiencing continual growth.



A Recruitment Manager opportunity exists for a forward thinking, project orientated team manager who can demonstrate the ability to create best practice within the recruitment function through effective coaching and development of the existing team and major stakeholder groups.



You will be responsible for managing a team of recruitment advisors whilst managing your own portfolio of vacancies within this high volume blue collar environment.



To be successful in your application you will have held a similar position within a high volume blue collar industry sector. It is essential that you can offer prior examples of project management, streamlining efficiencies and the ability to adapt to change.
