Hays Marketing is recruiting on behalf of one of Australia's leading service providers. Based at their Head Office, you will be part of a successful Commercial Business Division, producing highly effective proposals aimed at the development for new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled Bid Manager with experience in pricing and writing of Facilities Management proposals.



Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain internal relationships with the proposals team and other key management

* Responsible for delivering to deadlines and arranging sign-off at key stages

* Work closely with the Proposals Team, Business Development and Divisional Directors to drive the best possible solutions

* Work closely with Commercial Management to fully understand risk and financial implications

* Responding to PQQs and (CD and ITTs) in a timely manner - delegated responsibility from the Head of Business Solutions for the delivery of PQQs and (CD and ITTs);

* Work within representative groups to develop bespoke and innovative proposals.
