This job role would suit a CRM analyst who has a passion for projects and understands a project lifecycle, end to end. To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following experience:



Prince II Foundation - You will not be considered without this.



3+ years of hands on project management experience in an IT or digital environment.



CRM technologies, customer experience / B2C



Stakeholder management



Worked in an environment that understands the importance of strong and consistent communication and relationship building.



Delivered in a multi project and complex environment.
