Operations Manager

A local client based in Guildford have a new opportunity based on organic growth of the business. A company that deal with both the consumer and trade.



You will take overall responsibility for the business operations, ensuring that the customer services, sales and running of the office in Guildford is led in a strong fashion. Together with these operational responsibilities you will also assume responsibility for the Health & safety and HR elements of of the business, including people management to disciplinary stage if appropriate.



This will be managing a team of initially 16 people but this team will grow with the right leadership skills and practice. You will get involved with the learning & development, one to one meetings / feedback sessions.



To be considered for this position it is imperative that you have undertaken a similar position in operations management encompassing all of the above areas.
