Project title: Development of a better information structure



  • Participate in the Planning and Inventory team in order to have a better understanding about the information flow and how it is share internally in the team and with other teams

  • Objective of the project: Improve information gathering, share and flow inside the team and with our partners

  • Main activities for the intern:

  • Act as focal point in order to gather feedback and information from other teams that is needed for projects.

  • Process documentation update and improvement navigation on the Info Hub (Share point) Help to survey the team to understand about how the they want to know and receive information

  • Conduct outside HP research to benchmark and do leverage the best practices that could be helpful for the team

  • Through the project, the intern will learn about process inside planning team that would help to get a better understanding in a day to day inside the supply chain at WW level


Project title: Service Level metrics improvement



  • Participate in the Planning and Inventory team in order to help to Service Level behavior according with the actions that are taken to meet the Quarterly inventory guidance at WW and how it is measured in every Region in order to standardize it.

  • Objective of the project: Understanding on the Service Level measurement in the regions and standardize it

  • Main activities for the intern:

  • Investigate and develop narratives that explain how the actions taken by the team affects SL

  • Conduct a research to gather information about how SL is measured in the regions and other businesses

  • Develop a process to translate SL to the Regions

  • Through the project, the intern will learn about important metric inside planning team since is a direct impact to our customer and final customer also get an inventory management is a key element in this metric but also inside the supply chain





Qualifications




  • Enrolled in University. Final year student preparing for industrial attachment & projects.

  • Candidates in Business Supply Chain, Web design or Engineering.
