Lead Business Analyst

Our client is a global insurance group operating across five business segments: Life & Savings, Property & Casualty, International Insurance (including reinsurance), Asset Management and Other Financial Services. The PMO division is currently seeking for a Lead Business Analyst to lead a team in Information Technology related project deliveries.



The individual would primarily be responsible in coordinating implementation of projects according to requirements, timelines and budget forecasting. You would be managing a team of 3 project executives to act as intermediary between the internal business users and vendors. You would be providing guidance to come up with functional and technical specifications, as well as review the specifications. The individual is accountable for performing system integration testing and system regression testing to ensure system quality. You would also be reviewing the IT SLA agreements of the vendors supporting the system and application delivery. Ability to lead the team and monitor staff progress is essential to ensure teamwork.



The suitable individual should be competent in AS400, Cobol 400 and Query 400, preferably within the General or Life Insurance industry. Good communication skills in both verbal and written are crucial. You should have at least 5 years of working experience and possess about 1-2 years leading a team in project initiatives.
