Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations, demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell. As a Pre-Sale, you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading pre-sales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other pre-sales and channel pre- sales/SE. Develops and delivers outstanding Apple presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall mobile solutions Responsible for technical aspects of sales into assigned enterprise accounts. The candidate must be able to engage effectively in architectural and technical solution discussions with customer prospecting technical staff from the CIO to the developer as a Technical Coordinator. This experience is critical in being able to shape technical solutions in ‘real-time’ with prospects. Must possess the ability to assess customer's needs and strategically leverage Apple and 3rd party subject matter expert resources to shorten the sales cycle. It will also be necessary to be able to accurately scope those solutions in the form of descriptions of services for engaging and quoting a comprehensive solution. Good verbal, written and presentation skills are required. A very high level of responsiveness and proactive communications with prospects, customers and the sales team. The ability to discuss the value of a comprehensive mobile solution in is imperative. Capability of conducting technical coaching to customers are required.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for delivering iOS & Mac integration, deployment and business solutions to Enterprise customers through Partners. He/she will work with Account Managers in a pre-sales capacity to provide customer coaching partner as well as technical support. The candidate shall have solid experience in pre-sale support, particularly with enterprise segment. He/she will also be responsible of mobile solution architecture design between Apple platform and user existing system to evaluate and ensure the smooth data and system integration. The candidate should be able to articulate the competitive advantage of Apple and 3rd party solutions in Enterprise, specifically in iOS & OS X integration approaches in Enterprise, assess them and be able to categorize and develop solution guidance/ tools for both sales and solution partners in vertical industry. The candidate must have a firm grasp of Apple's service and support offerings and drive their customers towards self-sufficiency. To be successful, a good blend of sales, technical systems thinking, communications and organizational skills are required.
